Reach Post-Brexit driving licence deal for expats living in Spain.
The rules for UK driving licence exchange in Spain were very unclear during Brexit negotiations and this issue was exacerbated by Covid creating additional delays and confusion.
Reach an agreement for expat Spanish residents that are UK driving licence holders (with an EU branding) to exchange their driving licence for a Spanish (EU) driving licence.
Extend grace period during negotiations.
