Financial support for people on chilled medication to offset energy price rises
With electric prices rising by double and in some cases more people who are on chilled medication need support to offset these rises as we cannot afford to have our fridges being turned off. Many people who are on these medications are on benefits and cannot afford such drastic price rises
As someone on chilled medication I have seen my electric costs double in a short time from £20 a fortnight to £40, I am on benefits because I am disabled and this is a huge chunk of my money that I have to spend to keep my fridge on 24/7.
