Petition Action

Equal Access Rights for Unmarried Fathers

Additional Information

Currently unmarried responsible Fathers, or their Family, have no automatic or equal rights of access to see their children without a Court Order when a couple seperate, yet a Mother, and her Family is automatically given the right of care and full access, and can deny, FULLY, access by the Paternal side of the relationship.
A Father, and his Family, also have Love, Affection, and Bonds to a Child, without which it is the child that suffers, THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!!
FATHERS and PATERNAL FAMILIES MISS, LOVE and ARE EMOTIONALLY BONDED TO CHILDREN AS MUCH AS MATERNAL FAMILIES!!!
The Government should legislate that responsible Fathers, and their equally responsible Families, should have automatic equal legal rights of shared access from the outset, until a decision on Care and access is reached by any Authority!
