Allow me to opt out of the £200 energy 'Loan'
give the choice on whether to except or refuse the energy loan
i feel we should have a choice and not have extra debt enforced up on us.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
On 26 May, the Government announced that the energy bills discount due to be received by domestic energy customers in Great Britain from October is being doubled from £200 to £400, while the requirement to pay it back will be scrapped.
