If parties don't want to work in Stormont let the next biggest parties take over
If Sinn Fein or the DUP don't want to take their seats in the Northern Irish government. Then let the next biggest parties replace the required ministers and keep the government functioning!
Give authorisation to the next biggest party or parties! Also if they don't take their seats they don't get paid!

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. We're not sure whether you'd like the next biggest party based on the same community designation (i.e. nationalist or unionist) to be entitled to take their place in the Executive, or the next biggest party based only on the number of MLAs elected.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
