Have more days between Friday and Monday
It would be good if there was more days between Friday and Monday. Or extra weekend days. This could be done in alternating weeks, such as every other week we have a longer weekend.
On bank holiday weekends it is noticeable how much happier and less stressed people are, also at work people tend to
Put more effort in to their work knowing they have a longer weekend ahead, firstly because it is something to look forward to, but also gives less time for time waste in the week as jobs have to be done in 4 days rather than 5.
Having additional holiday will not only keep spirits up, but give people quality rest time and time to spend with family and friends which is crucial for a happier, healthier life.
This will all result in people being more motivated and keen to channel their energy in to good things
