URGENT IMMIGRATION AMNESTY FOR FAMILIES WHITH CHILDREN WHICH LIVED OVER 7 YEARS IN THE UK.

Additional Information

Over 120000 children in the UK who attending primary schools, have a strong personal private life and fully integrated into British Society are neglected and discriminated by UK Government.Forcibly removing children who lived over 7 years in the UK will have very strong psychological effect on them.In 2012 UKBA had introduced a new child 7 years concession time policy and due to it every applicant with their parents should automatically get a temporary permission to stay in the UK and after some qualifying period of time all of them should eventually get a permanent residency, but unfortunately 99.9% of those applications are refused and every family are robbed for thousands of pounds in application and solicitors fees.UKBA are deliberately refusing those applications IGNORING THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE CHILDREN just for one reason-the parents of the child had poor immigration history and not valid leave to remain in the UK when they made such an application. http://tinyurl.com/oja5o6k
