mutual exchange of U.K. & Spanish Driving licenses
Make it possible to use U.K. driving licence in Spain and vice versa
We can not get to the towns ,doctors, banks ,solicitors etc, etc,, we are legally not permitted to drive. We are unable to exist.

Decisions on what licences can be used in Spain are a matter for the Spanish Government. You could open a petition asking the Government to work with the Spanish Government to enable UK licence holders to use their licence in Spain.
