Make pensioners pay for their bus pass.

Additional Information

Scrapping the bus pass enjoyed by pensioners nationwide would make thousands of pensioners prisoners in their own homes. Why not impose a nominal charge of £2.00 for each journey on production of their bus pass, as a pensioner myself I would be only too pleased to pay that amount, this would relieve some of the pressure on the government.
