Cost of living help for single people who are employed and aren’t landlords.
Combat the rising cost of food, and transportation.
When the chancellor spoke about cost of living help, he excluded a whole bunch of regular workers who pay into the system and get overlooked when the government is making plans to help people suffering from the cost of living crisis. Many of us are not on benefits, and aren’t landlords, and live in shares accommodation. So the reforms that the finance minister makes don’t actually improve our day to day. The rising cost of food, rising rents, and transportation are the biggest problems we face.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
While we can see you're concerned about the rising cost of living, it's not exactly what action you'd like the Government to take. Petitions have to set out a clear and specific ask for the Government or Parliament.
