Petition Action

Increase the mileage allowance from 45p a mile to 60p

Petition Details

With the continuing price of road fuel increasing almost on a daily basis, those of us who use our own vehicles for our job are not getting the money back for the wear and tear on our cars. I am a community carer and I rely on the allowance to not only recompense my fuel cost but also for tyres etc

Additional Information

It has to be reviewed as this 45p a mile has been the same for the past 12 years at least. Help out us vital carers, community nurses and patient transport volunteers
