The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

We understand you are concerned about access to pornographic websites. However it's not clear whether you want: such sites themselves to be banned; people to banned from viewing pornographic content; or something else.

In any case, accessing certain kinds of pornography is already illegal. You can find out about this here: www.cps.gov.uk/legal-guidance/extreme-pornography.

You could have a petition calling for accessing any pornographic online content to be made illegal, if that is something you'd like to see happen.
