Do more to try and help working people afford childcare
As a mum of two under two i now know how tough it is in this day and age to try and juggle childcare between working full time with the prices of private nurseries and the lack of spaces in council nurseries! This needs attention and a solution to ease the stress of working parents.
As a mum of two kids under the age of two i feel like it is made to easy to think why should i work? Especially working for a council who then dont help you be able to work by giving you council nursery spaces. It is becoming extremely hard and stressful for mums everywhere to try and earn a living for there family without either paying it all back to childcare or working around the tiny amount or no hours the council nurseries offers you.
