Provide Ukraine's new government with all necessary means
Provide Ukraine's new government with all necessary means, including the provision of military forces, to protect Ukraine's territorial integrity in accordance with the Budapest Memorandum. We have a legal and moral duty to do this, and Russia will not stop with Crimea, they won't even stop with Ukraine. Putin clearly wants a fight - let's give him one sooner rather than later and send a message Europe will not tolerate his brand of corrupt cronyism.
