Make profit sharing a legal requirement for larger companies
Make it a legal requirement for all LTD companies in the United Kingdom to provide a profit share payment to all of their employees, equally, regardless of their position within the company.
With the cost of living crisis taking its toll on hardworking families and large companies/corporations making record profits - the wealth divide in the United Kingdom is increasing exponentially. CEOs often receive large bonuses off the hard work of their employees.
The government recently changed its mind on a windfall tax, the next logical step would be to make it a legal requirement for companies to have to share a percentage of their profits with workers.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you want the Government to require certain businesses to profit share, but it's not clear if you want this to apply to all limited companies, or only larger companies (and if so how large).
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
