Make breaks compulsory for catering staff working long hours
Make it legal requirement for catering staff to have regular breaks
Kitchen staff doesn't have time to use toilet during the service (opening hours) because there is not enough staff to cover the breaks

We can accept petitions calling for changes to rights to work breaks, but it would need to be clear how you wanted these to be changed.
