Reduce the driving license age limit to 15 providing they have never done drugs.
Reduce the driving minimum age to 15 years providing they have proven that they have never done cigarettes, vapes, drugs or alcohol illegally and proof of age will be necessary.
Usually, a government wouldn't reduce the age due to lack of responsibility when it comes road safety, but that should not be an issue if they have never done drugs. Younger ages should have the opportunity to get around in a car rather than walking, taking the bus or a taxi, so giving the option for driving could improve learning in a way, by learning from an earlier age. A suggested idea is that there should be a younger age project that checks on younger adults alongside using a project license.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you want people to be able to get a driving licence from the age of 15 if they can prove that they have never done cigarettes, vapes, drugs or alcohol illegally, but it's not clear how you want people to be required to prove this.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do. We could accept a petition calling on the Government to lower the age for getting a driving licence to 15 if they have not been convicted of any offences relating to illegal use of drugs, cigarettes or other substances, if that's something you'd like to happen.
