Automatic mortgage eligibility after 5 years no missed rent payments!
Working individuals and families should be automatically eligible for a mortgage after 5 years in work and no missed rent payments!
It is the reality for most people, they can afford a mortgage however will never be eligible to obtain a mortgage? I would like the government to offer an incentive approach. All working individuals who remain in work, along-side never missing a payment of rent for 5 years should automatically be eligible for a mortgage. This will entice those to stay in work and boost consistent rent payments, as well as giving families somewhere to settle, we dont want to pay our landlords mortgage!
