Review passenger rights and airline practice following disruption to flights
We want the Government to review the legal rights of passengers in the event of flight cancellations and delays, including how airlines have handled recent claims.
Many UK Citizens are having compensation and expense claims refused by airlines, in some cases in contradiction to advice they received at the airport when their flight was cancelled.
Many people and families are having their holidays ruined and finding themselves in debt after promises to reimburse hotels, taxis, and flights have not been met.
A Government review could establish if current passenger rights are adequate, and if airlines are acting in line with the law.
