Make Electric Scooters More Accessable And Legal.
With the cost of petrol going up and up and up, we need a new law on electric scooters. allow them to be used in bike lanes, now bicycle and pedestrians have more rights on the road, bike lanes are not used anymore.
I feel that people already have these scooters, but scared to use them. Make insurance 100% law, and police them the same as mopeds / motorcycles & cars. They should have a reg plate on them, and tax & insurance is a must.
