Insist companies provide appropriate customers services.
Insist businesses, especially essential services, staff their help desks appropriately. People cannot be accepted to believe the "we are experiencing an unusually high volume of calls" message indefinitely.
Too many companies deliberately understaff their help desks. Companies that know you have no choice but to hold the line. This saves the company a small amount and cost the entire county millions of hours waiting to be helped. Electric Companies,water Companies, communications Companies. The general public is impotent to remove this unnecessary frustration and source of stress form their lifes. If you sell a product a degree of customer service is essential, it is not an optional extra.
