That the remembrance day poppy should stay red instead of changing to rainbow
We feel like we should not change the poppy to pride as they have parades, a whole month of pride, yet the soldiers who have died for us and our country in the war only receive a day of gratitude.
We feel that the poppy should represent the people who fought and died in the war as we only have one day to celebrate this, instead of the poppy becoming a pride celebration as we feel these are two very different things. The soldiers died for us and our country, they should at least have their own representation, in this case the red poppy. We should not alter or change it to pride as it is our history and is part of our country and has been and will be for generations to come.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
Decisions about the poppy are a matter for the British Legion, not the UK Government or Parliament.
