Make gp s see patients face to face
Stop making patients wait weeks for a telephone appointment
Every person is suck of this situation. Ambulances and hospitals are overrun with people who could have been seen by a gp if they were working like everyone else

There are no Government restrictions that prevent GPs from holding face-to-face appointments. Decisions relating to GP appointments, including decisions on whether face-to-face appointments are appropriate, are operational matters for the NHS and individual GPs, not the UK Government or Parliament.
