Ban Convicted Sex Offenders from Working as Photographers or Videographers
Models and those aspiring to be models are in a uniquely vulnerable position, and they deserve the same protection from sexual harm as other members of the public. Sexual Harm Prevention Orders could be used to prevent sex offenders causing further harm through photography or videography.
Convicted sex offenders can set up a photography studio or a photography business with impunity, thus giving them access to lone models or members of the public. This was the case with these individuals, who reoffended:

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Sexual Harm Prevention Orders can already be used in the way you suggest, but individual decisions are a matter for the police and the courts rather than the UK Government or Parliament.
We could accept a petition calling for an automatic ban as a condition of appearing on the Sex Offenders Register, if that's what you'd like to see happen.
