Inquiry into the effectiveness of urgent NHS mental health support
The Government should commission an independent inquiry into urgent NHS mental health support, including local emergency helplines, to ensure they are giving people the support they need when they are at their most vulnerable.
These helplines need to be a safe place for people in their darkest hour, not a place that makes the caller feel worse than before they called.
