All native-born Scots resident in the EU and in crown service overseas be given the vote in the Scottish referendum
Scots and other EU citizens resident in Scotland are allowed to vote in the forthcoming Scottish referendum but Scots not resident are not allowed. This is most unfair as they have an equal interest and concern in such an important issue for their country. Consequently, it is posited that all native-born Scots resident in the EU and in crown service elsewhere overseas be allowed to vote in the referendum.
