Fund increased pay and mental health support for midwives
The Government should fund improved pay and mental health support for midwives. Increased pay for midwives could help to create a better care ratio for midwife, baby and mother by helping to encourage more people to enter the profession. This could provide a more relaxed and happy care experience.
