Require scanning of cat and dog microchips by vets

Petition Details

We want the Government to require vets to check the microchips of all cats and dogs that are brought into their practices, so that they can confirm that the person that brought them in is their registered owner. If they are not, action can be taken to reunite the animal with their owner.
