Change the way we buy and sell properties in the UK
Make every offer legally binding when buying a property to avoid both buyer and seller pulling out and wasting people’s time and money
I am mind blown about how difficult the process of buying and selling a house in the UK. It shouldn’t be so difficult and coming from Norway I really think something needs to change. People are wasting thousands on surveys and inspections for them to have the seller change their mind. I really think there is a better way.
