Stop football owners taking out dividend, When clubs has over 200 Millon in debt
Important protect our clubs from owner who main interest make money for their own pocket at the expensive of huge debt to our football clubs.
Changing the law to stop owner taking dividend, When clubs has over 200 Millon in debt, Would prevent current and future owner exploiting club financial.
Doesn't make sense owner taking huge amount money out, When a football club has huge debt.That money should be invest in helping pay debts off.
Example : Man utd debt now stands at £495.7million, up from £443.5 million the previous year. On the 24 June £11m dividend payment made to owners and keep taking money year on year , wile the debt keeps on rising.
Not ever owner has the best interest of the club , Nothing stopping any club owner taken huge amount money out and leaving huge debts.

There are already rules about when companies can pay dividends, and it is not up to the Government to determine when football companies pay these.
We could accept a petition calling on the Government to restrict when companies can pay dividends, but it would need to be clear what restrictions you wanted to be imposed.
