Petition Action

Get victims of Domestic violence justice

Petition Details

Take away or extend the 6 month limit victims of domestic abuse and violence have to report abuse.

Additional Information

Many victims have gone without justice and the abuser allowed to go on abusing others simply because they didn’t get it reported in the 6 month from incident time frame, this has to stop. Many victims having left the relationship haven’t even processed the abuse in 6 months whilst trying to rebuild life, character and a new healthy ‘normal’.
I’d like the government to put a stop to this, give victims longer or no time frame especially in cases there is hard evidence.
