Include Self Awareness & Mental Health into the UK Curriculum as a subject
Include in the school curriculum Mental Health as a learning subject.Emotional Regulation learning supporting individuals in later life, when experiencing a period of low Mental Health or identifying programmed Trauma behaviours that could harm.This could prevent Trans-generational Trauma occurring.
Designed to equipt each child with knowledge around Mental Health, their own and members of their family who may suffer.

Lets swim up stream to create learning & awareness instead of drowning in the
Overwhelm Pool and not being able to support once things have gone wrong. It might reduce MH support referrals & save funding.
