CSA refund
CSA admitted that they had overcharged me and taken £2500 too much but then said they would not refund. My MP George freeman said he could not do anything to get my money back.
CSA seem to have too many convenient revenue raising mistakes. We shouldn't have to raise a petition to get this Agency to refund especially when they admit they have overcharged and we should not have to accept refusal from our MP's to do nothing.
This needs addressing by an independent body it is as unacceptable as falsified expenses.
