Let England vote if we want to have Scotland in the UK
Scotland want a vote to leave the uk. Let the rest of us vote if we want them in the UK.
Leet England vote if we still want Scotland in the Uk and save them the trouble of a vote.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
Decisions about the Union are a matter for all the constituent nations, and we could not accept a petition calling for a referendum for England to unilaterally decide to remove Scotland from the UK.
We could accept a petition calling for a referendum on English independence, if that's something you'd like to happen.
