Fund all care costs for retired military and service dogs

Petition Details

The Government should fund all costs of vets and care costs for military and service dogs after they are retired from service.

Additional Information

All serving personnel receive a pension on leaving the service. Dogs which have served faithfully should be cared for at the end of their service too, because of their use in theatres of war/police or other services they often can’t be easily rehomed and some require care for issues relating to their jobs. The government should be held responsible for their wellbeing.
