Introduce mandatory drug and alcohol testing for MPs before they take part in debates or votes. The limits should be the same as for drink/drug driving.

Additional Information

I believe the Houses of Parliament should follow best business practices to minimise alcohol consumption while MPs are at work. The consumption of alcohol (and drugs) impairs judgement and this is not what you want in people who frame the laws of the country.
