Ministers to take a regular competency self assessment, set up by parliament.
Take the views and feedback from MP's on what competency is in each aspect of being a Minister. Make a self assessment tool for each minister and junior minister to take. The individuals results are only available to the individual and the PM. An overall score for the government to be announced.
Competency assessment supports the Nolan principles. Gives the individuals something they can choose to work on improving. Could be a training tool for future aspiring leaders.
