Cabinet should recommend appointment of a replacement interim Prime Minister.
Please deliver a properly functioning government.
The incumbent Prime Minister is widely understood to have demonstrated his profound unsuitability to retain this office. His mandate to remain Prime Minister was forfeited upon the announcement of his resignation as leader of the Conservatives.
We urgently call upon the cabinet to swiftly recommend the appointment of a less unsuitable interim Prime Minister.
The country and our international partners would benefit from such an appointment, effective until conclusion of the leadership election within the Conservative Party.
