Educate all members of society in order for them to understand how they can benefit from the capabilities of blockchain technology.

We understand that you want to see the Government educate people about blockchain, but it's not clear if you want this to happen in school (by making it part of the national curriculum), or for the Government to raise awareness and understanding of blockchain across the population (by funding a public awareness campaign).
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
