Investigate the amount of hate crimes due to race
Give out a national survey to investigate hate crime and start giving more educational courses for officers in the police force to minimise and ultimately aim to eradicate institutional racism.
It is the Government's duty to make all citizens feel safe and wanted but as of now a disservice is being to ethnic minorities.Forexample, Since April 2015, there have been spikes for racially or religiously aggravated hate crime at the time of the EU referendum, 2017 terrorist attacks and 2020 Black Lives Matters protests.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you are concerned about race hate crimes, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
The police already record race hate crimes, and you can find the most recent data on hate crime in England and Wales here: www.gov.uk/government/statistics/hate-crime-england-and-wales-2020-to-2021/hate-crime-england-and-wales-2020-to-2021
We could accept a petition calling on the Government to commission a review into race hate crimes, with a view to identifying actions to help tackle these crimes, or a petition calling for mandatory anti-racism training for police officers, if either of those are actions you want the Government to take.
