To create disabled changing areas for disabled children and adults!
There needs to be safe and clean facilities for disabled children and adults to be changed. Their needs are not met in most cases when using regular public toilets! There needs to be extra space and appropriate equipment for them. It is not ideal for anyone to be changed on a dirty floor.

We understand that you are concerned about access to disabled changing areas, but we're not exactly what facilities you want to be provided, or where you want the Government to require that these be made available.
