Legislate to ensure any fines or compensation arising out of the Lawrence Inquiry are paid by the perpetrators of the offence.
Every day we read or hear about yet more corruption or criminality of publicly funded employees. Could this be happening because those employees know that the taxpayer will pick up the tab and they will be immune from prosecution and protected from any consequences of their illegal acts.
