Prohibit the Prime Minister from assembling a resignation Honours List
To prevent the Prime Minister from publishing a resignation Honours List
The Prime Minister has shown himself to be unworthy of such great office. A resignation Honours list is a convention not an entitlement and to grant such a privelige to the PM would be a further insult to the public

You could have a petition calling for the Government to have no role in the honours system, if that is something you'd like to see happen.
