Allow employees to claim unfair dismissal after probation
Employees who have been dismissed can only claim for unfair dismissal if they have been in their role continuously for two years or more (except for automatically unfair reasons).
Employees who have passed their probation but are short only a few days can't sue and clear their name despite having a strong case and evidence. Unfair is unfair.
