Ensure all advertised roles must list the salary or pay range in the job advert
Everyone has a threshold of what they cannot earn below in order to be able to survive. Job ads need to be transparent on pay. On a regular basis, people spend hours applying and interviewing for roles they financially cannot accept and would never have applied for if the salary was advertised.
People are wasting countless hours of their time or being left out of pocket if they have to travel to interview. It's not realistic for someone to contact every Hiring Manager for every role, and it's still wasting their time!
Moreover, research suggests that 80% of job seekers will not apply for a job without the salary being listed - so this is impacting out jobs market and economy too.
