To make it law that dogs must be on leads around livestock and on land used to graze livestock.

Additional Information

Due to the increase in dog attacks on livestock, making it law to keep dogs on leads around livestock and on land used for grazing livestock is just one small step that may reduce the amount of attacks on farmers stock.
