Create a shared banking hub in Immingham
Following the planned closure of Lloyd's Bank we will have lost the last bank that not only serve's Immingham but also the surrounding villages.
We believe access to cash to still be very important to everyone and especially the older generation who tend to have less access to online banking.
We have started this petition to create a shared banking hub in the town where all banks can operate under one roof and therefore keeps the access to local banking facilities to over 20,000 people.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
Decisions about local banking facilities are a matter for individual banks, not the UK Government or Parliament.
