Oldham Council misappropriating council tax funds.FRAUD.

I am requesting an investigation of fraud.

Oldham Council received 90% council tax from government. Which leads to the council shortfall of 10%.
Oldham council are disproportionately charging council tax benefit recipients.
Band A = £1000 @ 25% tax = £250 year.
Band B = £1400 @ 44% tax = £616 year.
Also the loss suffered by the council is only 10%, so why are they charging more than the 10% loss.

Oldham council received 90% which is £1260, so the charge one would expect to be billed is 10% or £140, the true loss, I believe that this is unlawful.

Misappropriation of funds.
