STOP THE NHS THROWING UNOPENED PRESCRIBED DRUGS AWAY
DRUGS ARE BEING THROWN AWAY BY PHARMACIES WHEN THEY ARE DISPENSED WRONGLY AND THE PATIENT HAS TORETURN THEM UNOPENED AND NOT USED
NHS ARE WASTING MONEY WITH A POLICY TO THROW AWAY MEDICATION THAT WAS WRONGLY DISPENSED. WHENPATIENTS RETURN THEM TO THE CHEMIST NOT OPEN OR TAMPERED WITH THEY GET THROWN AWAY. THIS IS A BLATANT WASTE OF MONEY ON THE NHS SIDE

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
Decisions about whether to re-use medication returned by patients are a matter for individual NHS facilities, not the UK Government or Parliament.
