I believe in this situation which uk is now , we need a General Election to give everyone chance to have their say . I believe many Tory party members don't like, neither Rishi Sunak or Lizz truss.

A General Election gives constituents the opportunity to vote for their local MP, but in the UK the Prime Minister is not directly elected. The Prime Minister is normally the leader of the party that wins the most seats at a general election.
